Using the push-off hopper for Cement-Treated Base  

Built to store and distribute Cement-Treated Base (CTB) in the tunnel, the push-off hopper is designed to optimise flow and shorten cycle times.

Compact and robust, this discharge hopper is designed for a supporting platform on tyres.

Loading takes place through the top along the entire length of the hopper. Discharging takes place through a gate at the end using a pushing action to empty the entirety of the contents.

• Fastens quickly to the platform using turn-lock fasteners
• Equipped for installation of a lifting cabin
• Onboard hydraulic unit for lifting the cabin, opening/closing the gates and discharging the CTB
• Polythene and abrasion-resistant steel lining for longevity

Controls of our push-off Hopper

Cabin lifting control to the side of the gate for good visibility. Gate (opening/closing) and emptying controls integrated into the platform or on a radio control
