Use of the cleaning and recycling station

This cleaning station allows the recovery and treatment, of water, so that it can be recycled for subsequent cleaning.
The SECALAV COMPACT includes a big bag frame support to ensure initial filtration of washing water.
It can be used with the various equipment in the SECATOL washing range: SECANET and TOUR (supplied separately).

230V single-phase 50Hz.

Water supply of the cleaning and recycling station

Autonomous operation once the 1st commissioning has been carried out. Additional water may be needed depending on how much is lost during successive cleaning operations.

PH treatment of the cleaning and recycling station

PH treatment by injection of CO2 or acid solution (1 bottle of ~ 13 kg of CO2 located in the cabinet not supplied or 1 can of 10% acetic acid not supplied)

The SECALAV COMPACT is equipped with a 75-bar high pressure washer.
