The whole gate mechanism is fitted with a funnel removable without any tool and supplied with a rope and spring for the gate closing.

The TI mechanism is patented, designed by SECATOL technical department. It is the most exposed part to concrete during discharges. Therefore the gate is made of abrasion high resistance steel.

• The englobing funnel collects the cement grout that might leak when pulling to open the gate or when handling the concrete skip. 
• The funnel can be easily dismantled and without tools for a better access to the mechanism during cleaning operations.
• The TI funnel is available in different diameters: 90, 150, 200 and 250 mm (all our standard concrete skips are fitted with Ø200 mm). By changing the funnel and the length of the hose, building sites operator can discharge different types of concrete into different types of formworks.
• The small space between the funnel and the gate prevents from suffering overflows.
• The TI mechanism can substitute the TU (identical fitting device to the bucket).
