Use :

The agitating hopper enables to store, to agitate and to feed with concrete or mortars.

Principle :

The agitating hopper is loaded on the upper part through grades. The concrete doesn’t fix thanks to the agitation system. A gate on the front side opens on demand to discharge the mortar or concrete according to the site needs.

Interest :

The agitating hoppers offer users an efficient management of the concrete flow and a better independence on the building site against truck mixers rotation or batching plant production:

• Speeding up of the rotation of truck mixers to reduce waiting times and a more rigorous cost price …
• Productivity optimization due to a better work distribution and continuous concrete flow supply

Concrete requisition: Slump > 7 cm and Aggregates < 30 mm (For greater aggregates please consult our technical department.)

Characteristics :

• 4 tubular feet, 550 mm travel.
• 1 bucket  from 3500L to 16000L according to the model and standard.
• 1 agitating device run via a back geared motor and axle coupling shaft
• Several grades : to secure access into the bucket and to enable loading the bucket. The opening of the grades is secured by a key (compulsory shut off of the power) .
• 1 protection tarpaulin : to protect from weather incidences.
• 1 discharging gate operated with a10m long cable electro-mechanical remote control.
• 1 gate safety device: to prevent introduction of external elements inside the bucket.
• Side lifting eyes : on the upper part (unladen handling).
