Store hopper / concrete remixer for ready mix concrete fitted with an agitating device and self-cleaning blades. The concrete does not fix thanks to the agitation system.

Lifting device

The distinctive characteristic of the CTM RHV hopper is the hydraulic raising device for the bucket, which enables to load the hopper in lower position and to discharge the concrete into a skip or pump in upper position. This device allows swerving ahead to the front part the discharging spot.

Interest

The main advantage is to install the hopper and the skip or concrete pump or truck mixer on the same level, no need to dig into the ground.

The agitating hoppers offer users an efficient management of the concrete flow and a better independence on the building site against truck mixers rotation or batching plant production:

• Speeding up of the rotation of truck mixers to reduce waiting times and a more rigorous cost price
• Productivity optimization due to a better work distribution and continuous concrete flow supply

Concrete requisition: Slump > 7 cm and Aggregates < 30 mm (For greater aggregates please consult our technical department)

Gate control

The gate control is made via hydraulic jacks with a 10m long cable remote control.

Upper grades

To have access inside the agitating hopper, the operator must use the safety key which is also used for the main power. Therefore, the hopper must be switched off when opening the upper grades.

Possible options

• Walk in gallery along the hopper to ease the cleaning operations in lower position.
• Discharging chute made on request according to the building site requisitions.
